High-Yield Dividend Stocks of the Week – The Core of My $12,000/Month Dividend Portfolio.
This approach allows for a dual benefit: on one hand, securing a high and growing passive income from reliable companies, and on the other hand, benefiting from potential capital appreciation to multiply the initial investment.
A company that has steadily increased dividends for decades likely has a sustainable business model and competitive advantage. Consistent dividend growth turns a portfolio into a predictable cash flow machine, paving the way to financial freedom.
Dividends are my go-to strategy for a reason. They’re like the tortoise in the race—slow, steady, and always winning in the long run.
This week, everything is going according to plan. Last time, I invested less, so this time, my stock purchases will be as planned. I’m investing $3,000 this week, as usual.
Next week marks the start of a new month—April. I’ll be reinvesting my March dividends.
